I make theee to order, so while yours will be very much like the ones pictured, they will also have their own unique personality. (My current fabrication queue is five business days.)

Can I return or exchange hair extensions?
No, these are considered an intimate item, and cannot be returned or exchanged for health/hygiene reasons.
How do I make a return?
In the unfortunate event you don't LOVE your accessory, message me within seven days of delivery on qualifying items, and I will send you a return label.
IF YOU HAVE THE BOX YOUR ORDER CAME IN
Great! This is easy-peasy! Affix the return label to the box and drop it in a mailbox.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE ORIGINAL BOX
Message me with the dimensions of the package you'll be using, and I'll send you the correct shipping label.

It's very important you use a label I have provided for you, as I cannot guarantee your return will reach me via other delivery methods.
ONCE I RECEIVE YOUR UNDAMAGED RETURN
I can issue a refund minus a $10 restocking fee. (I'm a small operation and the cost of packing and shipping really adds up!)
Do you ship to Germany?
Due to technical difficulties with the LUCID registration system, I cannot currently ship orders to Germany and have not been notified of a timeline for which these technical difficulties will be resolved. I will unfortunately have to decline German orders until this is resolved.
Is your packaging recyclable?
YES! This is important to me. I pack my items in 100% recyclable, compostable, and reusable materials.

Beautiful and well crafted! Eager to utilize these during my elopement. They seem very sturdy and seem to stay in place well. I will provide an update if they fail to do so but my hopes are high! Customer service was great too!
